HR - Arrow Self Drive

We have been using Flat Fee Recruiter for the last 3 years to help fill all of the vacancies at Arrow Self Drive.  These range from Mechanics to Rental Assistants and Drivers.  The advice and support I get from the FFR team are second to none and by tapping into their knowledge about the best places to advertise and how to structure the adverts to get the best candidates, we are successful with all of our campaigns.  

One final point to note is the system, as we are a multi-site company, having the online recruitment system that comes free with the advertising, allows all our managers to log in and see their recruitment campaigns, wherever they are.  This makes the recruitment process efficient and quick and ensures we do not miss out on suitable candidates.
