With a lifetime of experience in recruitment, Lis is hands-on and heavily involved in all aspects of how things are run around here. The brains behind the brand, she is dedicated to ensuring that all our customers are looked after and we get lots of new ones too.
Lis takes recruitment very seriously but she is an energetic, hugely positive influence in the office always bringing motivational cheer to the team. Some might also describe her as a bit loud...

Paula is a friendly, approachable and devilishly attractive young lady. She’s highly efficient, charismatic and very keen to make sure all advertising campaigns work to the best of their ability.
What a lot of people don’t know: Paula has an exceptional talent for cricket and takes all sports very seriously.

Tracy has worked in sales for most of her life and we are her second home. she spends her day looking after her customers and understanding their job vacancies. She thrives on building long term relationships with clients and seeing her awesome clients return time after time.
Tracy considers herself a bit of a hippy, activist. She is funny and loves a bit of banter. She is an open, honest and cheerful lady who always loves a debate.
What a lot of people don’t know: We don't believe Tracy sleeps at home, her commitment to Flat Fee Recruiter is unquestionable & we love her!
James Marketing Executive
With an MA in English and a career as a Copywriter, James is responsible for ensuring all job adverts and copy is clean and tidy.
With an MA in English and a career as a Copywriter, James is responsible for ensuring all job adverts are clean and tidy and marketed in the best places. To create the best adverts, James loves digging deep into who the client is looking for and creating copy to matches the culture and the job.
Our resident East Yorkshire hipster, he loves a good wind up and doesn’t take himself too seriously. He’s cool headed (well he should be as he hasn't got any hair on his head)
What a lot of people don’t know: James has a fabulous singing voice and loves playing the guitar

Shan supports the sales and operations teams, you could say he is the glue to making your adverts campaigns run smooth.

Shan brings a wealth of sales support and administration co-ordination skills to Flat Fee Recruiter.
Responsible for the posting of adverts, technical issues, social media engagement, you name it, Shan knows what to do.
Shan has a cracking sense of humour and fits right in with the whole team. He’s positive and always aims to please.
What a lot of people don’t know: Shan's not short of self-confidence and considers himself in the top 1%, we are not so sure, but he is one in a million!
Kath Systems Guru
Kath is our resident Project Manager who looks after all things tech.

Kath has worked as a technical Project Manager within the automotive industry for the last 15 years and has now transferred her skills to improve the technology within Flat Fee Recruiter.
Friendly, diplomatic and efficient, Kath has a natural ability to relay technical jargon into layman's terms and enables even the least technical people to feel good & positive about tech.
She also delivers all the training and deals with any technical queries that arise. Kath is outgoing, friendly, funny, very proactive, and meticulous about all tasks at hand.
What a lot of people don’t know: Kath-the-explorer has been to most places accross the globe from New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, USA, India and most of Europe and her dream is to conquer the world one airport at a time.
StormHead of Wellbeing
Storm is our resident pooch, who amongst other job duties, is responsible for making sure that each member of the team stays calm, takes a break, and gets a cuddle when they need it.

She is a visla-cocker cross and is highly intelligent and learns incredibly fast. She loves playing ball, and always lets us know when it is home time.
What a lot of people don’t know: Storm was named after the X-Men character, but is so aptly named as you have never seen a dog faster.

As the newest member of the team, Astrid has a degree in film and photography and is a highly creative copy writer to boot.

She ensures that our customers receive the best possible adverts. She does this by taking our customer’s job advert briefs, putting them into a great advert and ensuring that they attract the best talent (whilst featuring highly in online search results!)
Astrid is super friendly and outgoing; always willing to go the extra mile to make sure both customers and applicants are happy.
What a lot of people don’t know: Astrid is a legally ordained minister, so if you don't need a job advert come to Astrid for your wedding!
